DSV manages the logistics for the physical Pokémon

The Pokémon Company International needed a logistics partner to support its growing European market for Pokémon cards and games, where availability and very short fulfilment times were essential. DSV was brought in to manage the physical distribution flow, including inbound logistics into a European warehouse in the Netherlands, as well as order picking and outbound shipping across Europe.

DSV implemented a full warehousing and logistics operation with around fifteen team members handling inbound and outbound logistics, picking, packing, and detailed KPI tracking. The solution helped keep stock available for fast demand, including air freight when needed, and supported Pokémon’s successful entry into the European market with reliable fulfilment and distribution.
