A small private university in the Northeast engaged Dstillery to prospect new applicants for its undergraduate and graduate programs, tracking requests for information and submitted applications as success metrics. The challenge was to raise awareness and drive qualified prospects into the application funnel.
Dstillery activated a mix of custom Behavioral Audiences—top performers included College Aspirants, Government Student Loan Researchers, and Online Education Resources Researchers—and used retargeting to move prospects down the funnel. Over an 11-month campaign the program drove more than 500 conversions: Undergraduate results included 182 applications and 105 “Tell Me More” conversions, while Graduate efforts produced 196 applications and 31 “Tell Me More” conversions.
