Mercuri Urval, a global leadership acquisition and advisory firm based in Stockholm, wanted to modernize its rebrand while staying true to its relationship-driven approach to executive search. When Head of Marketing & Communications Sofia Lönegård took on the challenge, the team needed a better way to help consultants build their personal brands, become more active on social media, and connect authentically with top talent and clients. They turned to DSMN8’s employee advocacy platform to support the initiative.
DSMN8 helped Mercuri Urval launch a structured employee advocacy program with groups and teams, pre-approved post captions, content curation, and analytics to measure performance. The program quickly overperformed: employees generated more than 1,575,669 impressions and over $26.5k in earned media value, while the rebrand campaign became so effective that Mercuri Urval paused additional paid communications. Overall, the program delivered a reported 2.5x ROI and a much stronger employer and corporate brand presence.
