Shawmut Design and Construction, a national construction management firm, faced a significant challenge in managing the enormous volume of documents for its complex projects. They needed a way to automatically synchronize and distribute files from their on-site Autodesk BIM 360 Field application to the Citrix ShareFile cloud platform to enable real-time collaboration with very specific access controls. The vendor DryvIQ provided a solution to integrate these systems.

This allowed Shawmut to completely automate the distribution of project documents with simple point-and-click rules.
