Natco Comes Home to Druva’s Advanced Security and Ransomware Recovery Capabilities

Natco Home Group, a family-owned home furnishings company founded in 1917 with about 800 employees and customers like Home Depot, Wayfair and Walmart, faced a legacy data protection problem: tape-based backups (and a Veeam setup) left gaps—Microsoft 365 wasn’t being backed up and a user lost critical email—while a 12-person IT/security team needed a more agile, cloud-first approach and justification for new backup spend.

Working with CDW, Natco deployed the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to protect VMware, Hyper‑V, Windows, SQL Server and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams). The SaaS solution delivered rapid deployment, Accelerated Ransomware Recovery, and automatic cloud storage—securing 100 TB of data, cutting backup management time (vs. Veeam) by about half, enabling successful recoveries to justify budget, and providing a scalable platform for Natco’s cloud journey.
