IndiGo, India’s largest low-cost carrier, faced a critical IT challenge: roughly 3,000 endpoints holding business‑critical aviation data had no robust backup or disaster‑recovery solution, leaving employees vulnerable to days of lost productivity and the airline’s brand at risk. IT needed a scalable, reliable way to protect endpoint data across its airport and corporate operations.

Working with partner Nubigo, IndiGo piloted and then rolled out Druva inSync’s cloud SaaS (AWS) platform, leveraging global deduplication, invisible backup windows and self‑service restores. The result: 3,000 endpoints protected, a 90% reduction in recovery‑related IT support calls, faster device replacement and restores, higher end‑user satisfaction, and lower recovery costs and data‑breach risk.
