Funnel Metrics is a Salesforce ISV whose Funnelocity app helps sales leaders score and coach reps using Salesforce data. To train its AI models and install the app, Funnel Metrics had to copy production data into sandboxes—a manual, spreadsheet-driven process using Salesforce Data Loader that broke record relationships, was slow and error-prone, and made sandbox seeding a major bottleneck.
