Drummond Community Bank, a locally chartered bank in Chiefland, Florida with about 200 Microsoft 365 users, had migrated to M365 but discovered its MSP wasn’t archiving Exchange Online. That gap left the bank exposed to accidental deletion, ransomware and regulatory risk (GLBA, PCI DSS) and kept the CTO from rolling out SharePoint and Teams.

The bank adopted Druva’s cloud-native data protection to provide centralized retention, automated search and one-click restore for Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
