A Druva Case Study
Bethesda Ministries is a Colorado-based non-profit that runs diverse businesses—real estate, senior living, radio and retirement services—under a centralized “Business for Benevolence” model. Its small IT team had to protect distributed, sensitive data across organizations with high employee turnover and regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, HIPAA), but their existing on-prem disk-image backups were limited, difficult to manage for remote users, and struggled with larger data volumes.
The team deployed Druva inSync, a cloud-native, centrally administered backup and file-sharing platform, to provide scalable, secure protection, self-service and helpdesk restores, IT-managed workspaces, and legal-hold/audit capabilities. The solution was fully deployed in about a week, simplified data management across locations, improved availability and compliance, reduced IT overhead, and ensured employee data remained accessible for business and governance needs.
