SpinGo engaged DrumUp to launch a formal employee advocacy program to boost brand awareness and social influence. Facing the challenge of getting employees to share company content on personal networks, SpinGo worked with DrumUp to design a social media advocacy campaign focused on shareable event listings and workplace highlights that fit naturally on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Using DrumUp’s employee advocacy approach, 30 of SpinGo’s 35 employees began sharing curated content, producing measurable results: LinkedIn engagement rose 500% and Facebook engagement rose 200%, along with increases in followers, likes, reach and business connections. DrumUp’s program also delivered practical lessons—schedule weekly share-times and pick the right channels—which helped SpinGo scale advocacy and make employee sharing a sustainable part of their marketing mix.
