Ivago, an inter-municipal waste management organization, needed a complete digital transformation to improve information accessibility for residents and businesses, enhance self-service to reduce the customer service workload, and strengthen its brand. To address this challenge, they partnered with the vendor Dropsolid for a new Drupal-based platform.

Dropsolid implemented an integrated Drupal 8 website featuring a personalized online portal, a location-based collection calendar, and insights into individual waste production. The results included a significantly reduced workload for the internal team due to improved self-service, a platform that loads faster and is accessible on any device, and an improved brand image. The project was completed in less than a year and the website was awarded runner-up for best in the 'Non-profit & Government' category.
