ERA, a global real estate network with over 100 local brokers in Belgium, faced the challenge of creating a powerful, fast property search engine that could handle an enormous amount of search criteria. They also needed to maintain a corporate identity across many bi-lingual local websites while allowing brokers to manage their own content, all without adding complicated new tools to their existing Salesforce CRM workflow. They partnered with Dropsolid to address these challenges.

Dropsolid implemented a solution using their Experience Cloud and Apache SOLR technology to create an advanced search with faceted and spatial filters. The platform integrated seamlessly with Salesforce, automatically pushing property updates to the website and allowing brokers to manage content from within the CRM. This resulted in a new website, CMS, and CRM integration going live in just six months. Dropsolid's solution drastically reduced load times, lowered IT overhead costs, and increased internal efficiency for ERA's network of brokers.
