Reaktor is a software and design consultancy that embeds about 300 designers, architects, developers, analysts and coaches with clients worldwide (Finnair, Nokia, HBO) as part of its on-site, fast-feedback approach. That distributed model effectively created dozens of remote "offices" and created pain points around file servers, admin rights, VPNs and firewalls, with teams frequently copying files or hunting for the latest versions.

Reaktor adopted Dropbox Business to centralize file access and simplify collaboration across time zones. The platform removed manual file copying, sped customer communications, and made sharing best practices easier and more reliable—helping the 800‑person firm maintain startup-style collaboration, increase productivity, and deliver large projects such as Finnair’s inflight systems more efficiently.
