Orkla Foods Norge, a long‑established Scandinavian food manufacturer, faced a shift from office‑based, paper workflows (including two decades on Lotus Notes) to a mobile, tablet‑based sales force working with SAP CRM. The change delivered cleaner, more modern product presentations, better support for a distributed sales team (about 300 mobile users) and greater peace of mind and administrative oversight.
