IESE Business School, a globally respected management school with campuses in Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, New York and São Paulo and programs across four continents, needed a secure, scalable, and easy-to-use way for researchers, academics, admissions and sales staff to access and collaborate on files from any device and location.

IESE deployed Dropbox Business (700 seats) for its collaboration tools, broad device support, flexible storage and Office 365 integration. Adoption was rapid—many students already used Dropbox and minimal training was required—enabling real-time co-authoring across 15 admissions offices, improving productivity, keeping teams up to date on applications, and delivering enterprise-grade security and scalability.
