How Outside Lands uses Dropbox

Outside Lands, produced by Superfly and Another Planet Entertainment, is a large-scale San Francisco festival featuring 70+ bands, dozens of vendors and a vast network of producers, operations managers and freelancers. Coordinating stage plots, technical riders, creative revisions and logistics across many teams and communication platforms created a need for a secure, centralized collaboration tool.

Outside Lands uses Dropbox and Dropbox Paper as the festival’s universal hub to share files, manage revisions and comments, and control access to sensitive documents. The result: streamlined workflows and faster approvals, fewer missed details, secure sharing of artist and production info, and simpler distribution of creative assets and press materials—helping the teams deliver a smoother, more coordinated festival experience.
