How CSUF faculty and students work together using Dropbox Education

California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) introduced Dropbox on campus in 2014 after evaluating several cloud-based tools. Many students and faculty were already using personal Dropbox accounts, so the university wanted a familiar solution that would be easy to adopt for collaboration, course materials, and assignment sharing.

Dropbox implemented Dropbox Education at CSUF to support shared folders, file requests, commenting, and collaborative work for faculty, staff, and students. The result was smoother campus-wide adoption because users already knew the product, helping CSUF simplify deployment and improve everyday collaboration across classes, research, and group projects.
