The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) turned to Dropbox after a data breach highlighted the need for stronger file security, easier access, and simpler sharing of critical information with employees and clients. Dropbox became TSCG’s central file-sharing platform for its 300 employees, enabling secure syncing across devices, client-specific file spaces, and faster document collection through file requests. According to TSCG, Dropbox reduced email back-and-forth, improved collaboration and trust, and sped up file delivery while lowering costs and supporting a hybrid work model.
