A Dropbox Case Study
Doberman is a product and experience design firm that struggled with fragmented, on‑prem file sharing—relying on USBs, FTP sites and individual Dropbox accounts—which hindered collaboration with clients and freelancers and strained storage and administrative control. As designers increasingly depended on Dropbox for mission‑critical work, the company needed a flexible, secure way to sync large design and video files across locations and time zones.
Upgrading to Dropbox Business gave Doberman automatic background sync, offline access, easy client and freelancer sharing via folders or links, and file recovery, plus LAN sync for faster local updates. The result: seamless collaboration across Stockholm, New York and remote contractors, increased efficiency when working abroad or offline, and reliable protection at every step of the creative process.
