Designit, a global strategic design firm with 16 offices and a people‑first culture, needed a simple way for dispersed teams and clients to collaborate in real time. The firm standardized on Dropbox and Dropbox Paper—now used by 588 active Paper users—to coordinate research, marketing and client work. Paper’s fast link rendering, highlighting, tables and templates sped up project workflows, cut administrative time, increased transparency across offices, supported 175+ client projects and enabled the marketing team to produce 100+ assets a year, all while lowering IT support needs.
