BioscienceLA goes further when it can focus on the mission

BioscienceLA, a nonprofit focused on advancing bioscience innovation, needed a more secure way to store and share external board communications and internship program documents. The organization was relying on email attachments for meeting agendas and other sensitive materials, which made updates hard to manage and versions easy to lose. With Dropbox and DocSend, BioscienceLA found a better way to share documents securely and keep communications organized.

Dropbox, through DocSend, enabled BioscienceLA to update board materials behind the scenes, create customized DocSend Spaces for internship partners and interns, and collect signatures on agreements with eSignature. The result was a more streamlined onboarding process, better document control, and a more personalized experience for participants, while saving Dave time and reducing the risk of lost or outdated files.
