KinHR is a people-focused HR platform created by the We Are Mammoth team to simplify hiring and HR operations for small and growing companies after finding existing tools didn’t fit their needs. Their challenge was to eliminate tedious, paper-heavy onboarding steps while preserving a cohesive, brand-consistent user experience — including a seamless eSignature flow that wouldn’t “break” the platform.

KinHR implemented a white-labeled, embedded HelloSign API to keep signing inside their platform, cutting 2–3 manual steps from workflows and letting new hires arrive fully onboarded. The integration was straightforward for engineers, delivered a polished, in-app signing experience, and drove immediate impact: trial signups jumped 73% week-over-week and over 100 documents were produced in the first 48 hours after launch.
