ISCA saves over 10,000 pages per month with HelloSign

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a national accountancy body founded in 1963 that serves over 32,000 members, faced a sudden shift to remote work that broke its paper-based signing workflows. With 100+ staff managing thousands of internal approvals, training forms, board signatures and vendor contracts, ordered multi-signature processes risked delays, lost documents and costly reprints if they didn’t move away from pen-and-paper.

ISCA implemented HelloSign to digitize approvals, using ordered signing, package attachments, visibility into signer status and automated reminders so documents always go to the right people at the right time. The change eliminated paper bottlenecks, delivered digital “original” copies to signers, cut paper use by about 10,000 pages/month and reduced paper costs by over 10% (~$300 USD/month), boosted productivity across 17 teams, and is being considered for broader rollout.
