How JobAdder Brought Seamless Document Workflows to Their Users

JobAdder is a Sydney-based recruitment platform (founded in 2007) that streamlines end-to-end recruiting by uniting tasks like job searches, timesheets and document handling in a single dashboard. Recruiters were hampered by slow, paper-based document workflows — printing, faxing and scanning contracts and offer letters — and JobAdder wanted an effortless way for users to format, send and collect signatures without leaving the platform.

JobAdder integrated the HelloSign API using Embedded Templates in an in-app iFrame, letting recruiters create, store and reuse templates that autofill from candidate profiles and collect up to 20 signatures. The result: faster turnaround and far less manual entry, paperless workflows for both customers and JobAdder’s own office, reduced waiting times in hiring, and improved recruiter efficiency as the company continues to scale to 1,500+ customers in 45+ countries.
