How Daiichi Jitsugyo Asia accelerated international signing with HelloSign

Daiichi Jitsugyo Asia Group (DJKA), a Singapore-headquartered subsidiary of Japanese trading firm Daiichi Jitsugyo Co. Ltd. with sales and services across seven countries, supplies industrial facilities and equipment across Asia. The company faced slow, costly international signing for customer quotes, contracts and sensitive AGM paperwork that required handwritten signatures from directors in multiple countries, often taking days and incurring expensive courier fees.

DJKA implemented HelloSign, integrated with Dropbox, to send secure eSignature requests by email so recipients can sign immediately on any device. The move dramatically sped up signing, cut printing and international delivery costs, reduced administrative work with real-time tracking and automatic storage in Dropbox, and is now being rolled out across the business.
