Bajaj Finserv needed to stand out and hire top B‑school talent during compressed campus placement windows while competing with large MNCs for attention and turnout. To tackle outreach, engagement and employer‑branding gaps, Bajaj Finserv partnered with DronaHQ to build a gamified campus engagement app and run the ATOM competition to educate students about the business and make the brand aspirational.
DronaHQ delivered a gamified mobile platform with content, timelines, leaderboards, profiles and a self‑management console to run the competition across target campuses. The ATOM drive saw participation from 4,612 students and 565 teams across 16 campuses, significantly boosting engagement, candidate reach and Bajaj Finserv’s ability to assess and attract talent using DronaHQ’s solution.
