The customer, NCC, a leading construction company in Europe, faced a time-consuming and inefficient road maintenance management process reliant on an ERP system. Their challenge was that inspectors could not immediately report road damage on-site, leading to imprecise locations and delays. Vendor Droids On Roids was engaged to develop a solution.

Droids On Roids developed CPOT, a mobile and web app built with Flutter, which streamlined the entire damage reporting and material ordering process. The solution allowed inspectors to take pictures, pinpoint damage on a map, and order materials directly from their phones. This made the reporting process 15 times faster for the customer and revolutionized operations across three Nordic countries.
