STH, a hospital client, utilized the dRofus data management platform for the Casey Hospital Expansion Project. Their challenge was to efficiently track changes and keep information up-to-date during the complex design and construction process, moving away from a system where data was only validated at the end of the project.
The cloud-based dRofus solution provided a live audit trail for change tracking, acting as a single source of truth and enabling real-time collaboration among all stakeholders. This resulted in a major step forward in efficiency, drastically reducing queries and RFIs. The platform’s tools, including automated report generation and room templates, ensured high-quality data and served as an excellent QA tool that was integrated with Revit.
