A dRofus Case Study
The customer, Oslo Lufthavn (Oslo Airport), faced significant data management challenges during the expansion of its terminal. The project was hampered by incorrect manual numbering of equipment, missing information in their facilities management system, and inefficient, time-consuming processes for data entry and access. To address these inefficiencies, they turned to the vendor dRofus and its data management solution.
dRofus implemented its TIDA module to act as a master database, generating unique multidisciplinary ID numbers for all assets and syncing this data with the airport’s facilities management system. This gave all project stakeholders access to the same live information, making data easier to access and track. The solution successfully bridged the gap between the project and operational phases, supporting the airport’s award-winning expansion and establishing a new standard for full lifecycle data management using dRofus.
