HDR | Rice Daubney was tasked with managing the FF+E for the large-scale Sunshine Coast Public University Hospital PPP project. They faced the challenge of needing a new system to meticulously track changes and coordinate documentation across multiple disciplines, aiming to align the design with the brief, save time, and minimize errors.

The vendor, dRofus, provided its data management and BIM collaboration tool. This solution allowed 200 users from all project stakeholders to work simultaneously in a client-server database, replacing complex spreadsheets. dRofus streamlined integration between the architectural model, equipment specs, and room data sheets, which drastically reduced coordination time from hours to minutes and was essential to delivering the project on time.
