Caterham Cars designs the C120 high-performance road car with Drive Design, influencing the Alpine A110

Caterham Cars, a renowned British sports car manufacturer, faced the challenge of designing a new high-performance road car, the C120, as part of a joint venture with Alpine. The project required a design that was heavily differentiated yet respected the unique DNA of both brands. They appointed the design consultancy Drive Design for its vision and emotional interpretation of the Caterham brand.

Although the C120 project itself did not reach production, the engineering underpinnings developed by Caterham's team were used in the well-received Alpine A110. Drive Design successfully delivered its creative work, becoming a close partner to Caterham's in-house engineering teams and earning the company's absolute confidence in its ability to deliver both creatively and logistically.
