Meal Mentor, a subscription meal-planning site offering weekly plant-based plans, faced high signup abandonment on its single-page checkout and was losing potential members. To address this, Meal Mentor worked with Drip, using Drip’s JavaScript snippet and signup-abandonment email workflow (Drip Campaigns) to identify visitors who left the signup page and add them to a targeted email sequence.
Using Drip’s workflow and tagging logic, Meal Mentor sent timed reminder emails, tracked conversions with goals, and applied recovered_member tags to measure impact. The Drip-powered sequence recovered roughly 135–138 customers (a ~27% conversion of those emailed), recaptured $2,563.65 in under 30 days, boosted paying customers by about 36%, and is on track to generate substantially more recurring revenue.
