Box2, a fashion and apparel brand selling women’s plus-size clothing on Shopify, moved from Klaviyo to Drip because their small team found Klaviyo unnecessarily difficult and restrictive to use. With Drip, Box2 built VIP and super VIP segments, continued sending campaign emails and automated workflows, and saw stronger performance across the board. Drip helped Box2 achieve a 35.85% better click rate on campaign emails, a 107.9% higher conversion rate on their best-performing sale email, and a 10.83% higher workflow conversion rate, while 66.2% of Box2’s revenue is now attributed to Drip.
