River Island, a leading UK fashion retailer, wanted to improve online revenue through personalization but wasn’t seeing meaningful results from two generic personalization providers. To address this, they turned to Dressipi and began with a light-touch test of apparel-specific personalization on the womenswear Product Listing Page (PLP).

Dressipi’s fashion-focused personalization was then expanded across the customer journey, including personalized outfits and similar items on Product Description Pages, PLPs, and email. The results were strong: revenue per visitor increased by 3% in the initial test and reached 6% overall within 12 months, with AOV up 5% and conversion up 3%; email performance also improved, with CTR up 34%, click-to-open rate up 52%, conversion up 45%, and revenue per email up 99%.
