AP Intego, a leading digital insurance agency, needed a faster way to unify customer information scattered across siloed data sources like Parquet, CSV, Salesforce, Zendesk, Applied Epic, and Redshift. Their sales and service teams couldn’t quickly access a complete 360° customer view, and their existing ETL-heavy workflows and Redshift-based approach were too labor-intensive and difficult to scale. They turned to Dremio and its data lake engine to simplify data access and improve customer service.

With Dremio, AP Intego built a more flexible data lake environment that lets them join multiple sources with sub-second performance and query data directly from tools like Looker, Jupyter Notebook, and internal apps. The results included 3x faster provisioning of new data sources and platform features, 12x faster implementation of new sources and features in one use case, daily automated reporting instead of monthly manual reports, and rapid launch of a new customer platform in just one month. Dremio also enabled self-service access for more than 100 employees and over 10,000 small business clients.
