The customer, MCO, is a US-based compliance platform seeking to simplify regulatory processes for its global clients. Its challenge was to integrate with FINRA's Web EFT service to automate the tracking of authorizations, registrations, and licenses, thereby saving clients time and reducing errors. MCO partnered with vendor Dreamix to develop this business-critical integration.

Dreamix implemented an end-to-end solution using RESTful APIs, XML, and OAuth 2.0 to enable seamless synchronization with FINRA's systems. This provided MCO's users with automated workflows, centralized data storage, and real-time tracking of licenses and qualification exams. As a result, Dreamix helped MCO create a comprehensive ARL management tool that now serves over 1,300 clients in 105 countries and processes 800 million compliance records, solidifying its position as a market leader.
