EMKA, a leading Bulgarian cable and wire manufacturer, faced the challenge of modernizing its manual, paper-based production tracking processes. Their outdated system was prone to errors and lacked the integration and traceability required for key industry certifications. To address this, EMKA partnered with Dreamix for a digital transformation initiative.

Dreamix developed a custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES) from scratch, integrating it with EMKA's ERP and implementing barcode tracking for full traceability. This on-premise solution provided real-time data synchronization and analytics. The results for EMKA included increased productivity, a decrease in defective products, greater supply chain transparency, and more predictable manufacturing, solidifying Dreamix's role in their successful transformation.
