How DreamApply helped Edunation work better on application processing

Edunation, founded in 2017 to expand access to Finnish higher education and aiming to enroll 150,000 full‑degree students from non‑EU/EEA countries by 2025, needed a more robust application workflow as inquiry and application volumes grew. Before adopting DreamApply they relied on a JotForm “apply now” link and email, which became difficult to scale and manage, so they selected DreamApply as their application management system.

DreamApply was implemented to provide a user‑friendly application portal and CRM‑style management tools: program search for agents and students, application status tracking, and secure document submission. As a result of using DreamApply, Edunation reports smoother application processing, better visibility for agents and applicants, and easier collection of missing documents—streamlining operations and improving the overall applicant experience.
