The Central Finland Health Care District Saves Tens of Thousands of Euros with Online Video Training

The Central Finland Health Care District (KSSHP), the largest non-university hospital district in Finland, needed to train up to 5,000 employees and many home nurses on a new patient data repository quickly and cost-effectively. Traditional face-to-face training would have required significant time, travel, catering, transport, and trainer costs, so they turned to Dream Broker and its online video software.

Dream Broker helped KSSHP create a training package of nine short instructional videos in under 10 hours over two days. The videos were shared across the organization and had around 19,000 views, helping staff learn at their own pace and saving KSSHP tens of thousands of euros in productivity and training-related costs.
