Dream Broker provided Dream Broker Studio to support tutorial videos and product demos, giving LeanLinking a more flexible support model with answers available at multiple levels of complexity. As a result, LeanLinking improved customer communication, reduced pressure on its help desk, and gave customers the ability to find answers themselves while still keeping access to telephone support when needed.
