K-Group From Strategy to Action With Online Video

K-Group’s K-Citymarket, part of Kesko, needed a way to turn a new strategy into action across more than 4,600 employees, store owners, and suppliers. To meet that challenge, the company worked with Dream Broker and its Dream Broker Studio video software.

Dream Broker Studio was integrated into K-Citymarket’s management system so managers, staff, and suppliers could easily create and share videos for product training, campaign guidelines, field reporting, and internal communication. Dream Broker helped improve campaign turnaround times and speed up reactions to market changes, while reducing time and travel costs; it also supported better product expertise, improved customer experience, and contributed to stronger profitability and gross margin per m2.
