Envirotainer uses online videos to ensure the quality of active cold chain management process

Envirotainer, a global provider of air cargo cold chain transportation for pharmaceutical companies, needed a reliable way to train and educate its widely dispersed partners across different countries and languages. Its challenge was ensuring that everyone involved in the shipping process—from warehouse staff to airport personnel and truck drivers—followed a complex process correctly every time to protect temperature-sensitive medicines. Dream Broker’s online video software was introduced first for internal communication, but quickly proved valuable for external communication and training as well.

Using Dream Broker Studio, Envirotainer created short instructional videos, including a test video about preconditioning and loading containers that was later adopted for customer communication. The solution helped Envirotainer communicate complex procedures clearly and efficiently across cultural and linguistic barriers, improving knowledge transfer from Sweden to partners as far away as India. While no hard numerical metrics were given, the result was broader use of video across the organization and more effective training and support for its global network.
