CTube Revolutionizes Castren & Snellman’s Internal Communication and Training

Castrén & Snellman, Finland’s oldest and largest law firm, needed a better way to handle internal communication and training as it grew across multiple locations. With lawyers’ time heavily tied up in client work, the firm struggled to reach employees consistently when new processes, systems, and practices were introduced. Dream Broker’s online video software was identified as a way to modernize internal communication without disrupting core business.

Dream Broker implemented a private “company YouTube” called CTube, built on its channel concept and supported by Dream Broker Lite production tools. The platform became the central hub for internal videos, training, announcements, and meeting recordings, allowing employees across the firm to create, share, and access content anytime. The result was faster and more scalable knowledge sharing, reduced reliance on face-to-face training, and better onboarding and process education for staff.
