A Dranetz Case Study

Preview of the Willows Swim Club Case Study

Willows Swim Club measures $194.4 in partial-peak costs with Dranetz in a 2-week energy survey

Willows Swim Club, a private recreational facility in New Jersey, needed to determine the utility costs for a concession area operated by a local restaurant to establish fair reimbursement charges. To measure the electrical demand and energy consumption of the concession, they engaged Dranetz, which conducted a two-week energy survey using its Energy Platform EP1 power monitoring system.

Dranetz installed its EP1 system on the concession's dedicated sub-panel to collect detailed data over two weeks. The survey successfully measured a peak demand of 7.353 kW and a total energy consumption of 1,375.6 kWh. These results provided Willows Swim Club with the necessary data to accurately estimate future utility costs for the concession operator. Dranetz's solution delivered the precise metrics the customer required for its contract negotiations.
