AXA France, a major division of one of the world's largest insurance groups, faced a challenge in effectively translating business needs into actionable development tasks. Using Draft.io as a visual and collaborative tool, AXA implemented Event Modeling workshops to visualize user journeys and translate business needs into detailed user stories. This solution, which also incorporated User Story Mapping and Example Mapping, provided rich inputs for UX designers and enabled collective decision-making for backlog prioritization. Draft.io helped create essential links between these core practices, empowering the product team to be part of the solution and ensuring no user story entered development without proper refinement.
