Sequence, a FinTech company, needed to hire a US-based Senior Community Manager to support their core user base but faced a significant challenge. As a small, mostly Tel Aviv-based team of 10, their own network was insufficient to find a qualified candidate who also had a deep understanding of finance and aligned with their mission. Without an in-house recruiter, CEO Gilad Uziely needed a new way to source talent.
