Savills, a global real estate services firm, faced a high volume of customer and prospect data spread across three differently configured Pivotal CRM systems. The solution produced a duplicate‑free Single Customer View with preserved relational integrity, reduced false positives, simplified merging workflows and measurable time savings in matching and review processes—delivering accurate matching and a reusable, dynamically adaptive de‑duplication platform for Savills.
