The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a globally recognized professional body, faced a significant data quality challenge. Their small data team needed to remove thousands of known duplicate member records within their vast Dynamics 365 CRM database but lacked an efficient way to find and automate the amendments. Using DQ Global's DQ for Dynamics, RICS was able to efficiently break down its database to review duplicates geographically and by record type. This increased their review rate from 50 to 70 duplicates per hour. Over a seven-week period, a team of three people successfully reviewed and merged 18,000 duplicate records, a task that would not have been achievable without the tool. RICS continues to use the DQ Global system to monitor new data and maintain high-quality, unique member records.
