A DPSI Case Study
Green Bay Packaging, a privately owned paperboard packaging manufacturer with 30 divisions in 15 states and more than 3,000 employees, needed a way to manage maintenance across geographically dispersed sites that were using a mix of PMC, spreadsheets, or no CMMS at all. The corporate team, led by Enterprise Systems Analyst Ramon Vasquez, was tasked with deploying an enterprise CMMS to standardize procedures and capture reliable asset and maintenance data across the organization.
They implemented iMaint EAM, establishing corporate standards for asset naming and processes, building custom reports for each facility, and using the iMaint Integrator to link production, purchasing, and parts data. The solution automated reordering, eliminated duplicate data entry, improved parts and usage tracking, and gave managers unified visibility—resulting in standardized maintenance practices, better reporting, reduced manual work, and improved uptime and production continuity.
