Government of Bermuda - Customer Case Study

The Bermuda Government uses DPSI’s iMaint across multiple agencies — including Public Transportation, Port Services and Fire & Rescue — to manage infrastructure maintenance on an isolated island where parts and vendor access are limited. The challenge was to provide an integrated, multi-agency CMMS that handled preventive maintenance, accurate inventory control, work requests and real-time visibility so downtime and manual paperwork could be minimized.

DPSI implemented iMaint modules (Dashboard, Work Requester, Inventory, Barcode, Fleet Fueling and Integrator) with custom dashboards and shop/dispatch displays so staff and managers can see vehicle status, open requests and parts levels in real time. The result is faster, better-informed dispatching, reduced downtime from inventory shortfalls, streamlined communication between departments, and improved maintenance efficiency across Bermuda’s agencies.
